Established in 1995

All Pro is a SMUD approved family owned and operated business. Keith and Kelly Knapp have been the owners for over 25 years. Keith graduated at the top of his class from UTI’s Heating and Air Conditioning program. Kelly has been by his side helping manage the business while raising 4 children. With over 30 years of experience in heating and air conditioning, we provide quality service and AC replacement Folsom, CA to residential and commercial customers throughout the Sacramento area. This includes Folsom, Granite Bay, Loomis, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Arden, Carmichael, and many others.

A year ago All Pro installed my new HVAC unit. I was impressed with the suggestions they made, the strong work ethic and the finished product. So now a year later when its 100+ outside I was having a problem with the unit shutting off before the house was cooled down. I called for service and even though they were working on another job, they came to my house at 8:30 pm and fixed the problem. They also explained what was causing the problem (the outside compressor grill was clogged and needed cleaning) and advised me as to how often I should be cleaning it in the future. Oh, and…. no charge! Thanks.

He asked me a few questions on the phone and was at my house within the hour. He troubleshot and fixed the issue of within 30 minutes of being at my home. The owner, Keith, is super knowledgeable and friendly. I had been dealing with some serious health issues caused by mold and most of my family suffers from seasonal allergies. He installed the Clean Effects air filter and a U.V. Filter in addition to our standard air filter. The three levels of filtration have made such a huge difference in my health issues and dramatically reduced my family’s allergy symptoms. My son was on multiple allergy medications and now he’s down to just one! We are truly breathing cleaner air, all at Keith’s suggestion. Keith also set up the Nest system for us, replaced our furnace and relocated and replaced our condenser. My husband is a home builder and Keith has been his go-to guy for heating and air for the past 10 years. We can’t recommend him enough!
